Here's what you need:
- 1 lbs Ground Turkey or Hamburger Meat (in the video I use 2 lbs for my family of six)
- 1 packet of Chilli seasoning
- Seasonings (I use about 2 tbsps of each in the video): Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/4 Cup- Red Bell Peppers
- 1/4 Cup- Yellow Bell Peppers
- 1/4 Cup- Orange Bell Peppers
- 1 Cup- sliced onions
- 1 Jar of Mild Salsa con Queso
- Bag of Doritos
Let's Get Cooking!
- Saute your vegetables in a skillet. Cook them to taste. You can add corn and black beans to this if you like. Once they are cooked to taste remove them from the heat.
- Cook your meat thoroughly. Add in your seasonings
- Once the meat is cooked, add in the packet of Chilli Seasoning. Mix the seasoning throughout the meat
- Add your vegetables
- Serve by plating your Doritos, Meat, and top with Salsa con Queso
